School Uniform

Nursery and Reception Children – Children will come to school each day in their PE Kit.

Royal blue sweatshirts or cardigan with school logo          

White T-shirt

Navy or black leggings or jogging bottoms

White or Black Velcro trainers – No laces

Indoor PE -  White T-shirt with school logo, dark blue/black shorts.

Outdoor PE - White T-shirt with school logo, dark blue/black shorts, trainers. In addition, in cold weather, please provide a warm sweatshirt and jogging trousers preferably in school colours, navy blue or black.

• Open toe sandals should not be worn.                     
• Long hair should be tied back, with a plain dark band (no other hair accessories). 
• Children should not have “extreme” hairstyles.  No shorter than No. 3, no spiking and no hair gel.

·         Jewellery should not be worn to school other than plain small earring studs and/or a plain watch.

For safety reasons, all jewellery (watches and earrings) should be removed for PE/Swimming Lessons.  If earrings cannot be removed, a member of staff will cover them with surgical tape.

ALL SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOULD BE CLEARLY LABELLED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME

Pre-loved Uniform
Pre-loved uniform can be ordered from the PTA. 
Please email PTA@thorngrove.herts.sch.uk with your order or speak to Miss Fox or Mrs Baulsom in the school office.
Order forms are also available in the school entrance area.
